About The FOuNder

Tony Chan is the Founder of the CPA Practice. He is also the fellow members of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and CPA Australia. He obtained a MBA degree in a UK University. He has more than 23 years experience in general assurance and business advisory services with clients operating in a variety of industries including application software development and installation, heavy machinery manufacturing, textile, construction engineering, food processing, property development, energy and resource developer, consumer electronic products, securities brokerage, etc. Moreover, Tony has extensive experience in immigration, mergers and takeovers as well as public listings in United States of America, Hong Kong and Singapore. He is now independent non-executive directors of few listed companies and was once a visiting lecturer in a Hong Kong university. Before commencing his own practice, Tony has worked in international accounting firms and listed companies.
